Currently as it stands, her canon hasn't really given anyone special powers beyond the usual cartoon effects. A few bits of strangeness include things like off-screen teleportation, cartoon invulnerability, and an empathic response where lights dim and brighten in response to emotional instability. Oh, and of course the whole ability to recover from pretty much anything like a Looney Tune.

Any other "powers" has not been defined in the series as of right now.
