Hello. If you mean upon arrival, LILITH can put them back together (or if for any reason you would prefer they come in ... parts, that's entirely up to you).

If you mean during the course of the game, they can get repaired by one of LILITH's engineers as well. If their parts get destroyed, however, they might have to look into purchasing a prosthetic limb. The only thing LILITH cannot do is revive a character who has died in game.
