1. Hello! We have stated on the Main Base page Access to the SIMULATION TRAINING without administration guidance is prohibited and the arena remains closed to all personnel or Outsiders when not in use. The arena itself may be used for fighting, say, one another if they would like, without any guidance and we will change the wording on the main base page to include that, but..
Who is to say Seok wouldn't sneak some folks in if they asked? He's a rowdy boy anyway. So on that note, anyone who uses the simulation in the arena can assume Seok let them in and is monitoring them as they fight. Well.. kind of monitoring them.. The simulation will remain the same monster and setting until a new simulation is released (which will be January, and then after that, March.)
Long-winded explanation aside, characters who spend too much time in the simulation can experience side effects if you wish. Nausea, vomiting, dizziness, dissociation are what you can expect. Seok would warn him after it becomes a habit, but he's a people pleaser and also gets some kind of entertainment out of seeing Outsiders in the Simulation (he's a bit into voyeurism.)
2. You can definitely do your player plot. Sounds fun.
