Applications are screened, but we update a list so applicants can see where they are at in queue and who is apping what in the order they are placed in. They are open bi-monthly during specific days GMT time and then close-- players may not put in an application when they are closed.
In the event that we reach player cap, any applications that exceed the cap will remain on the list and be considered first in the next app cycle. This is a rolling application method. Should a player change their mind about their application, we ask that they notify us by responding to their posted application and letting us know they are retracting it. Their name will be taken off the list and whoever is next will be bumped upwards.
Applications are read at first come first served basis, followed by suitability judgment. Reserving a character merely prevents anyone from apping that character until it expires. Applications put in by a current player will be indicated on the list to prevent confusion. Applications are processed at a mid-way point in the application dates, followed by an end point.
