hey mods, former kakashi player here looking into apping again

kaladin here has powers that are only possible when he's working in tandem with a spren named sylphrena... however, she's got enough personality and canon to be fully appable. essentially, she can become a sword, spear, or hammer (whatever he needs at the time), and then on her time off, she turns back into a "spirit" who hangs around him. is it possible for her to be "in stasis" or something like that as a summonable weapon?

i'm not interested in playing her, so it wouldn't come up at all besides him lamenting his best girl is totally silent.,,,,,

i figured i'd ask you folks if you knew of a sane workaround. thank you!
