Hello! I know you've had BG3 characters in game before, but didn't see anything in the FAQ related to what I'm going to ask, so apologies if you had to answer this before and I didn't find it!

But Astarion has a parasite in his brain that helps him get over vampire spawn limitations, like being able to walk in the sun, go through running water and enter homes uninvited. Would LILITH keep that intact or want to remove it? From the sound of things from similar questions, you may say that's up to me, but wanted to be sure first!
