Megumi will be prompted to download a chip upgrade and once he accepts it, the download will begin. It's painless, but he will have to tolerate having a 'downloading' pop-up cover his field of vision for at least an hour. For some reason, at 98% percent, it stops downloading and he will have to go to the highest point of the city for the best reception.
