The Doctor will be summoned to meet with Dr. Spim and Alex for the surgery. The procedure will then be explained to him. He will be strapped to a table and Dr. Spim will inject into the base of his skull, introducing nanobots who will alter his neurotransmitters and hormones at a microscopic level. A cut will also be made in his body to access his pancreas in order to introduce a small implant that will assist in altering her hormones. This will not be done with any anesthetics as it is an elective procedure and LILITH is saving anesthetic drugs for live-saving medical procedures. If he agrees to the surgery, it will be proceed.

Dr. Spim and Alex will be as gentle as possible during the surgery, but it will still be a terrible time in general. The average person needs a few days to recover from the procedure - we'll leave the recovery time up to player discretion. The Doctor can recover in the medical bay or inside his room.

After he recovers, The Doctor will find themselves highly energetic and a dozen times more productive for a few days. It seems Dr. Spim has taken pity on them for their weaker constituency and injected a special formula of nanobots that are aiding in their recovery time and raising their general energy levels. Use this time well!
