To clarify: Summons are permitted per our powers section. If a character is able to access them within their canon, they should be able to in game as long as they adhere to the games rules (including any applicable NERFs).
However, if you mean for someone to use them despite not having the abilities as part of their arsenal or skill set, then unfortunately, no. Powers that characters do not possess are not permitted unless theyβre game-specific/log-specific (for example, ocean gems on the recent log) and/or a reward they gained.
LILITH does and will continue provide people with specific tech or equipment as needed per mission.
In terms of the simulation, we ultimately just want to avoid any confusion with powers/abilities characters may or may not have in game. Especially, as simulated prompts are normally found on the TDM.
