They will be summoned by Dr. Spim and Alex for surgery. The procedure will then be explained to them. They will be strapped to a table and Dr. Spim will inject into the base of their skull, introducing nanobots that will alter their neurotransmitters and hormones at a microscopic level. A cut will also be made in their body to access their pancreas to introduce a small implant that will assist in altering their hormones. This will not be done with any anesthetics as it is an elective procedure and LILITH is saving anesthetic drugs for life-saving medical procedures. If they agree to the conditions, the surgery will proceed.

As Dr. Spim and Alex are not heartless people, they will try their best to be as reassuring as they possibly can. At the end of it, they will likely require a few days to recover, which they can have in the medical bay or in their room. If they want, Dr. Spim is happy to sit on their lap and offer calming purrs which appear to be a hit with most of his patients.

While the surgery goes smoothly (or as smooth as possible without much analgesia), they might notice some interference with the existing implant that might lead to Yor feeling intoxicated for a full day.
