β· ACTIVITY CHECK
βΆ 00 ACTIVITY CRITERIA.
This is the permanent AC post for you to turn in your activity check. Activity Check can be submitted anytime during the month you are submitting for and close at midnight GMT on the last day of the month you are submitting for. Activity Check goes by a point system of 20 points over the span of no more than three threads of any combination. If you are linking a top level with more than three tag-ins, please specify which threads you are submitting. Each thread must be started on the month you are submitting for. For whatever reason you are unable to make AC for any given reason, reach out to us and we can usually be willing to accommodate under certain circumstances. The point system is as followed:1. Network (text mingle and player posts), IC Inbox = 1 point per tag.Anyway that will give you at least 20 points total across three threads or less can be submitted.
2. Player Created Logs, TDM / Simulation Log (including network comments on the TDM), Mission Log = 2 points per tag.
3. Inbox threads count for AC but not bonus points.
Please use the forms provided for ease of processing. New characters are still required to submit AC the month they are accepted into the game.
βΆ 01 BONUS POINTS.
If you have additional threads you'd like to bank for Bonus Points, you can collect them and submit them with your AC. We will not be keeping up with late submitted bonus points; only bonus points submitted for the month you are making AC for will be counted towards your total. This means that you cannot submit May threads for bonus AC in June. There is a section to add your additional points up in the coding below. You can redeem your Bonus Points for any month over at the REWARDS page. For example, if you have submitted Bonus Points in June, July and August but finally want to use them all in September, that is perfectly fine! If you don't want to bank Bonus Points, you can simply fill out an AC code only.
Bonus Points cannot be used for threads that are used for AC even if they go over the AC requirement. Bonus Points can still be submitted even while a player is on hiatus.
βΆ 02 REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL PROOFS.
While the mods understand that players have limited time and energy, we do expect a certain amount of engagement with the game and the playerbase. Synflux is a capped game and we do not tolerate AC submissions that are clearly meant to maintain a spot in the game.
If we notice a pattern of poor activity across several months, we may ask for an additional proof. Poor activity includes but is not limited to:If you cannot provide an additional proof, you will be swept. You will not be penalized for one-off instances of the above, nor will you be penalized if your main AC submission falls into one of the above but you have plenty of Bonus AC threads submitted. In cases of emergency, please speak with us privately.
- Submitting threads with the same 1-3 people each month
- Only tagging castmates or not tagging sufficiently outside a cast
- Immediately dropping all threads after AC submission
- Submitting threads only tagged on the last few days of the month
- Alternating between hiatuses and minimum AC submissions
βΆ 02 HIATUS.
If you are on Hiatus, it must be for at least two weeks for an AC exemption. If you take a hiatus, you must make AC the following month. To fill out AC for a Hiatus, simply just link your Hiatus and write Hiatus in the header comment. There will be no retroactive hiatuses and neither a strike system. If dire circumstances arise, you may reach out to the mod team and we can work with you.
